I have no idea what the terms are, but if they raise even 1mil that is almost a 40%-50% dilution to the market cap. Pip traders will be taking their 20-25% profit per pip and there's no SH value. Then again, after a consolidation if the SP performance has been what it has for the last 8 years it's another ride back down to 0.001. Can't win!
Even after this raise, the company still don't have enough to drill.. what horrendous circus!
