When we Prove up Grandis resource- things change- significantly.
I've modelled in another thread a potential inground value (based on some very loose comparable) of between $1.6 and 2million per bcf for gas in place, based on May 2023 $14/GJ Wallumbilla wellhead prices (again- very loose back of the envelope ramblings).

But that's $1.6-2 million AUD for each billion cubic foot of gas in place.

And we potential have upwards of 1+ trillion and potentially millions of barrels equivalent of condensate.

Someone will have to pay big monies to take that from us, that's absolutely in RC's wheelhouse given his pedigree in flogging an asset for what it's worth, but until the resource is Proven, I think we might not quite get the fireworks in sp re-rate we all desperately want.

That's my read on the market and investor/punter sentiment currently. Just my 2cents!
