You're thinking checkers in a 3D chess world.

By the time the BOD "accepted" the ALB bid, GR was already accumulating shares, and announced she'd crossed the 5% mark almost immediately. Do you REALLY think that was a coincidence? The SOLE reason that the ALB offer was "accepted" (in a non-binding manner, you will note) was because they wanted to shake ALB off, and having made their fourth incremental bid, it was clear to them that ALB wouldn't go away.

If GR/Hancock hadn't scared them off, or changed her/their mind, and decided not to make ALB's bid untenable, the "independant" assessor's report would have declared the bid not fair value.

    Now watch and learn.

Why do you think that the ALB due diligence was extended one week, the DAY before GR/Hancock hit the 19.9% mark? CLEARLY, it was to allow all parties to have time to finalize another agreement, which will undoubtedly be the financing agreement. You might want to read both the ALB and LTR announcements regarding the "no deal," and note how friendly they both were.

I clearly do not have access to the details of what that will be, and can only speculate, but some combination of GR/Hancock/ALB providing the financing, and an OTA for ALB, would explain the actual facts that we ARE working with. ALB only targeted LTR because they need a cheap source of spod for their Kemerton LiOH Plant, and a good OTA from the only good spod source close to Kemerton would suit them. Perhaps if it involves the financing, as well, ALB can up their holding from 4% up to 10% or 15%, but GR/Hancock wants a solid investment that they can swoop on (and take over for a pittance if anything falters) and ALB needs a low-cost source of spod, and whatever gets announced tomorrow will suit both those needs.

Bottom line, I see that you aren't a holder, so your opinion is becoming an issue of mind over matter. I no longer mind, because you don't matter.
