Can someone pls tell me why financing wasn't pre arranged as a fall back plan in case the deal fell through? Due diligence? It seems to me the financing deal at the 11th hour won't be too favourable and a CR and sophs offering price may likely be in the 1s?...I hope and wait to be corrected. Glta.
