Lenny that is a fair statement.. They are caught between a rock and a hard place it would seem trying to expand for a global presence and balance capital to keep the lights on. It's a bit of a Russian Roulette routine I suppose and unnerving for investors as it could go to poo very fast. This type of news may or may not calm those headwinds for some.
