You spent nearly 2 years insisting Ukrainian had a referendum to part ways with the USSR (ie. Ukrainian expressing their free will to be independent from USSR).

Now, you are asserting it does not apply to Palestine??? Doesn't the people who lived in Palestine have a right to choose their own path?

Or are you saying Ukrainian and Israelis have a right to choose self-determination, but Palestinian doesn't?

The Knesset (Israel’s parliament) passed the Basic Law onJuly 19, 2018. The Basic Law recognizes that “the right to national self-determination in the State of Israel is unique to the Jewish People.” (Basic Law § 1(c).) It enshrines principles already recognized in regular legislation that reflect the Jewish character of the state.
