I'm not saying they're going to go out of business as they have plenty of cash and no debt, but they only made $100k of NPAT in a climate that has become favourable mainly due to interest rates.
I'm interested to see what they do (or can do) from an actual business perspective in order to see if they're worth putting money in as - as I keep saying - we haven't heard anything in terms of planned features/product improvements for a very long time. And I'm wondering what they can actually do at this point to get more money in the door, same as every other broker whose volumes have dried up.
Would be different if there was a growth story of some kind here (are they going to go after B2B or wealthier clients or similar for example & become more of a 'wealth platform'? etc.), but "sit around and spin our wheels and hope for a buyout" isn't the most inspiring investment case.
