Whirley, I am a shareholder. But I haven't committed fraud, by entering into a sham contract to buy mining equipment from my uncle, for millions of dollars. Whatever happens here, were that matter to be exposed in court, someone could go to prison, because financial relationships are supposed to be financially prudent, not some scam with family members associated with the company.
