Agree. They are working on scope of work. Next announcement will be what the technical development roadmap looks like to 'reach our goals'. Remember DM has dropped that line in every recent interview,"...if we reach our goals...". Has also mentioned our funding for the next two years, as well as excluding any language around next step being a sale.
