The only explanation I can think of is that it is someone new to trading that thinks they are being a big boy by swinging the price around. Maybe they think they are more likely to get their bid hit at 0.003 if 6 bucks worth of stock trades there…
Who would bother for the amounts involved? The legal consequences are severe. The only reason you can get away with this crap is because ASIC are useless….
