Came across this article which maps out the state of play in Quebec, pre LU7 on the board.

LU7 have a vertically integrated strategy and want to promote collaborative growth with their numerous James Bay exploration neighbours. On top of what will come of their Apollo resource they aim to have the capacity to process bulk ROM material with regional junior partners, forming a symbiotic relationship. These steps are likely to attract government support.
