Green Hydrogen is using solar / wind as power source to produce the Hydrogen.
Gold Hydrogen is natural - this is what GRV are targeting

Gold Hydrogen will have a far bigger carbon offset credit

- for want of a better description - than Green Hydrogen

As for Helium, am not aware of any bearing as a carbon credit - for this play it is produced naturally by decaying uranium and if not trapped within the earth soil etc, then simply floats away beyond the earths atmosphere.
It can be produced as a byproduct of gas purification
