The biggest joke is that all the investors who bought in when there were still perceived risks (i.e. before financing signoff/environmental etc) have basically wasted their time as we could have waited until all the boxes have been ticked and still bought in cheaper.
The whole point was that as the perceived risks still existed the share price should have been at a premium and as those risks were minimised, the share price should have increased to reflect this.
Obviously this isnt the case, and a lot of investors took on unnecessary risk.
