VSR were waiting for results and seemed to be hesitating on announcing those results. The knew they were not great. these guys are only human, and want the best for their share holders as well as for them selves. Noone likes to give out bad news and i'm pretty sure these guys are no exception. Hopefully these are great results and everyone prospers.
