Yeah it’s a tough one, is a company only allowed to raise a percentage of their market cap at a time? Why wouldn’t they have gone for more in the last capital raise? It still dosnt give us a hint either way of what’s happening now or in the future. Unless a significant deal comes in we will be raising money again before we know it.
