Ok devils advocate time
Firstly, the investment if any is subject to Capricorn due diligence on SPX and Capricorn board approval
Secondly, why would Capricorn agree to paying 70% over 30 day VWAP? It ain't for love and hugs so I question the price, don't others?
Thirdly, other than the alleged $100k month software fees, why is the transaction fees not mentioned? Could it be SPX won't make any fees from transactions whereby the $7m or thereabouts investment in SPX gives Capricorn some kind of fee free transactions?
I'd love to think this deal and the Agrichain and many previous are real and tangible however history shows you'd be a fool not to ask questions right?
