I have been watching IDA for a while waiting for a good chance to enter and finally took a punt and participated in the current raise. While I suspect Tanzania will drag this out long than any of us might want, I don't think they have much wiggle room and with interest building on the debt IDA looks like a decent risk/reward bet.
