Their attempt to "Copy & Paste" quietly, was unsuccessful, so they had to put a spanner in the works so EGR' patent application would be delayed and in turn, delay any final commitment by potential partners...RNU and Dorfner then also claimed that EGR's process is not novel and can't be patented and when realized their objection will eventually fail, now they are suddenly using a different process and awaiting a patent, I thought they said purifying G with a HAfree method was already well known and not able to get a patent, wonder why the Chinese (leaders in anode production and research) did not come up with that process but instead continued with the more toxic and much more expensive Hydrofluoric Acid process?
The significance of the patent application, the US patent approval is still not fully appreciated...not long to go till we see the patent outcome here in AUS, EU not far off...lets hope for RNU's sake their alternate process is distinctly different to EGR's.
EGR = Years ahead in product development testing and collaboration with industry leaders, once BatteryMineras Secto turns, EGR will be in prime position.
