I initial thought that with the ALB/LTR acquisition now off, that ALB will increase their stake in PMT to over 10% if they can remove the stand still agreement.
I'm now leaning toward maybe ALB making a full TO of PMT. At the very least they have to move to obtain a controlling interest in PMT otherwise a MIN/Gina partnerships may buy on market for their own controlling interest.
Ken buying $200,000+ on market makes me think that either a free for all frenzy of buying a control interest or TO may happen sooner than we think.
