More options given to people / more shares on issue = the greater the dilution of the final payout. We need to remember that ALL SHs pay for expenses/options/bad decisions.
Of course, I agree we need to pay for quality - including management - but not blindly signing off everything without thought.
Blind faith / following - is dangerous Challenges / questions / general awareness is needed in all things in life. People are people, and people make mistakes!
