    My timeline and corporate form are:
    • Q4, 2023: Funds received from the new oppies so remain compliant liquidity wise
    • Q1, 2024 final MND report report released
    • Q1, 2024 PAA receives100% cash takeover offer for all SOI
    • Heads of Agreement entered into which includes an exclusivity period, non refundable upfront payment and inclusion of all options.
    • Takeover recommended by the BoD
    • SHs agree to to takeover


    The big question would be the initial offer price. My guess ~45 cents (subsequently negotiated upwards?????)
