Zelensky tried that too with a couple of his own air defence missiles returning to earth, remember the initial response when the two polish farmers were killed, every tom dick and harry calling for retaliation against Russia, until the truth came out. It is actually pretty easy and conclusive to determine what the projectile was, most dont realise but there is always substantial debris of the missile itself that remains after detonation. If they can get an independent investigation team in to investigate ASAP, they will determine the truth! We all must remember the old saying that the first casualty of war is the truth, dont jump to conclusions, either way!
