Looking at the information, assess / determine if they have the capacity and risk appetite as well as an expansion strategy into "exotic" locations
Are they big enough ?
If Solgroup had done a due dilligence on Renergen, they would not let this opportunity pass them by to either acquire a portion of the company / offtake agreements / joint venture / distribution hub (take your pic) or something else or all of the above?
