it seems issues shareholders have with Gareth were before my time as a shareholder so what happened 3-6 years ago is before my time.
at this juncture we have a choice - vote for Gareth or vote no to Gareth - its not like there is another budding director

so in the absence of another budding director and also Dr J previously stating he may not stay for his full term, then I am inclined to vote for Gareth -. this to maintain experience with the biz moving forward.

now if BHP or Rio etc wanted to make a JV bid for Mt Lamb, take 49% of company and also nominate a director then I would probably vote for them - but there is no indication of that - atm

appreciate that many posters have stated they will be voting no to Gareth - and if this is the outcome do be it - we are left with 2 directors, but need to find a newbie so can have 3 directors
any newbie may or may not know much about Inca
