No doubt today Tanzania is a better option than Russia for instance just note that IDA stuff that popped up today shows Tanzania isn't perfect and hopefully those sort of issues are left-overs from a previous government. But then again Australia isn't easy for some industries and you need to goto where the resource potential is I guess.
