You mention regurgitating the past and getting clear air
The same problems exist and haven't been 100% resolved and they don't have a product to sell/ install/ manage. - That is all current not in the past and resolution is still quite a way into the future still IMO - like years and taht creates the issue of hoiw to fund expensive listed structure ongoing.
The greatest hurdles remain be it the scale up and ensuring tensioners and anchors exist that can hold loads and last long enough to be ecconomic , converters are durable, effeciency to be competitive and survivability etc. Until a reasonable scale and then full scale is in the water and proof is in data ( not a model) I can't see how any prospective utility could consider a purchase.
That is all current and not regurgitating the past. Lets see if they release any serious data from barge when it is deployed. for a start and discover if it is as per model and woudl be informative if tehy actually told shareholders what their target is in regards to scaled buoy deployment so shareholders can gauge if they are on track .
