General Thoughts, page-1505

I always like to start throwing around quotes in times of frustration - the one for today "When in doubt, zoom out". TA for what it's worth lets you see the bigger picture (particularly if news/fundamentals have not changed), and repitition of patterns. A few things to note here:
- Orange line is the 200 day moving.
- Box 1. & box 2 - very similar formations (20 day moving, same downtrend trajectory over very similar timescale).
- MACD almost forming same pattern, under very similar volume.
- Stochs indicative of bottoming (at least on the short term).

My analysis of all this put together.
- If you're a newbie, good buy zone (for a first parcel) - narrative has not changed (yet).
- If you're a long term holder ( I hope you de-risked at the highs, if not, then no point selling now..lol).
- Don't be fooled by the order book (buy side might look weak, but big money off screen).
- 200 day MA - is a good guide (if it breaks beneath this, and nothing has changed, it's a good buy).
- Trying to 'time the bottom is a fools errand' - sure it might go lower, keep some powder dry.
