1,907,301 @ .015+ over 11 buyers and 923,828 @ .032 and under over 5 sellers indicates twice as many shares wanted to buy then are presently for sale over the leading buy/sell
the risk/reward pendulum is swinging in ICG favour and the above tight sell side will likely be taken out by COB Friday 27th.
then we are into the high 3's - hopefully test the high 4,s, smashing the recent 4.1 high along the way
