Most investors have/ will have to price in extreme liquidity risk into this investment moving forwards. To have zero liquidity for 6.5 months ( over half a working year) poses incredible risk to anybody investing professionally.. To be unable to liquidate at any price is worse than an -85% move in SP. Not sure if this is the buying opportunity you claim.
Add to this the fact that management have not attached any commercial values to any of the 'work' they have done over the 6.5 months... commercial value from the lupin has ranged from $0 to $100m pa in revenue.. right now this is uninvestable/ requires a substantially greater margin for safety than the 30m valuation it trades at now (post issue of new shares).
just something to consider instead of rushing in just coz its under issue price haha.
