Yes I do agree.
Firstly, it wouldn’t make sense NOW to change board members, given they’re allegedly in talks with a Strategic Partner.
Id also imagine, if indeed the deal is pulled off and announced, no one would voluntarily step down PRIOR… as it would be a significant notch on the belt for their CVs.

They’d probably be well aware that if they barge down the path of production, a board member/MD with actual Urea experience will be essential …

But for now ….. an announcement stating Phil’s departure will be relegated to my dreams.
