Look, investing in property is simple - if you stick to the basic rule; buy when there are very few buyers (like 1999) and sell when there any many buyers (like 2007).
And again, early 2010 was a sellers market (perhaps the last one for a long time) while it's ideally shaping up to be the best buyers market in a generation - a few years from now. My call 2015 - give or take a year (depending on the signals in social mood at the time).
