i beiieve since the SOI will over double it will need to go to a shareholder vote to allow this.
However, I doubt it'll change anything. T20 hold most of this and I doubt anyone will go against the move.
We called for Ron to have a vote of no confidence at the AGM, pretty sure he got a high 80% around him receiving a pay increase.
