Also why I think managing Human Resources would be the hard bit. Contract ends in Victoria underground. Next available contract service drilling in Queensland in 8 weeks time. Machinery would be the easy bit and may explain some of the utilisation issues.Bit hard to park up employees . Also why rain is a killer.
