In closing thoughts to any CR, I would be very surprised if they actually did raise at this point. There is no immediate need (that I can see) given the capital optionality they alluded to in the FY report. Also would equally be surprised at propose a float of WG until market conditions improve. The only positive thing I can say about management is SO far they've proven themselves to be value accretive if anything in respect to the various interests in their stable. Given the last CR happened at ~$6, management would know that jeopardising SOI in regards to dilution ect for the reward of a few bucks that can be easily obtained by selling a stake in their underlying ownerships is undermining all present capital options, progress of the entities & their recent history in regards to capital management.
