Could another scenario be were a offtake agreement is signed.
This is then used to get some funds and as the money is paid for the offtake use this to repay the eg overdraft.
So get a loan/funding due to the money that is coming in from a offtake contract.
This means no CR and if a large investor wants to step in let them buy from the market. I guess this is slowly happening anyway.
