i have never seen etm as a competitor they do not produce much the same things they do not produce heavy ree, Ta ,W Nb, Zr Hf felspar etc while we do not produce Zn or U ,the light ree you have a deal to sell to china while ours is sold else where
to have another mine in the area would be an enormous advantage. But after the last rejection i cant see etm doing anything for a decade at least unless they look at the eudialyte. Shanghe would take the eudialyte so still no competition
