And a couple of other points based on your sample quotes :
1) point 5 tells me that this "field" plant will be far larger and product will be sold into either the spot market or OTA IMHO
2) it will be placed at Green River because it's the most likely site to gain community engagement because it's close and the GR community are active near the plant , Moab is miles away from Paradox IMHO but who knows maybe there will be 2 field plants ?
