Have a look at what is happening with approvals here - and the requests for "donations" to get things moving.
Then there are other things like country macro conditions, workforce, infrastructure etc etc etc.
If you had $6B and turned it into $8B in a low risk, mining friendly jurisdiction, you'd be extremely happy.
You would be more likely to turn $6B into $2B if you were trying to achieve the same in LATAM.
