Couple of questions around 'who would sell after this announcement!?"
My 2c is it's just mean reversion algos getting triggered. The two previous swing highs are pretty obvious places to put a stop-buy to protect a recently opened short position. These got hit and a bit of a pop in volume/price.




I'd expect a base to mature out from here. EMAs will catch up and compress with price building up towards the right side of the cup. Should be a fairly obvious trade once it reclaims 30week ema which will also draw in buyers.

Good chance of previous lows to be retested and trigger more mean reversion algos. If this happens and price holds that's a positive signal that distribution and accumulation are occurring in relatively equal strength. Wyckoff Link








I think the market has accepted that the product is on the shelves at the store with reasonable enthusiasm. Management delivered this first milestone albeit somewhat late. The real catalyst to move the market will be a product designer buying the chip for their device. Markets have an uncanny ability to hint at when these events will happen as the stocks set up buy triggers.
