Interesting this CHM sideshow.
some points to consider:
1. Why do ILP want in so badly? They don't just want their legal fees and $9m, they want a share of the spoils. So much so they are prepared to take CHM to court to get it while CHM seem happy to pay costs and $9m
2. What confidential info did CHM disclose that has so concerened ILP, couldn't be a settlement could it?
3. Why has MMX share price plummeted almost 50% since april 2010 reaching fresh lows today?
4. Why have MMX holders / supporters ambushed the CHM thread ? they do appear desperate (and so would if my shares were down 50%) although I am sure they will be over here soon to explain everything.
CFE are the only shares I'd want to hold in this circus.(Although TS buying $400k worth of CHM did make me wonder!)
