OK, so there is movement at the station. I think the following is true:

1. A livestock carrier, Brahman Express which recently caught fire en route to Indonesia has been shifted along the wharf clearing the bulk materials loading berth;
2. Tampa Bay, a bulk carrier which had previously been berthed where Brahman Express now is, has been moved back out to anchorage. This vessel had been moored for a number of days
3. Ken Spirit, a bulk carrier, has been resting at anchorage for some time, has now moved aside the bulk commodity loading facility. So is this ELE's treasure?

The only other clue (??) is that shown in the screenshot below :


As shown, 16500t iron ore fines have been slated for loading for some time (see bottom right hand corner) ... pretty well since Ken Spirit arrived at anchorage ...

Oh, the plot thickens ....
