After McGrath Nicol's last update on the liquidation, i feel shareholders we prepped and primed to expect either very little or nothing, especially when it made reference top deloitte's previous negative valuation of Alita.
The one thing that is baffling though is MIN has raised $1.3b in via bonds/debt and now has a further $400m coming by way of its separation with Ablemarle, so essentially has a $1.7b war chest. It hasn't announced that it plans to takeover any thing else since the debt was drawn down so how much of that is allocated to picking up A40? I suppose we'll find out soon enough.
Good luck all.
