VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
Adu1tShop.com Ltd hereby seeks a voluntary suspension of quotation of the
Company's securities.
The Company is in the process of revising its earnings projections for the six
month period to 31 December 2002. The Company expects that it will be In a
position to make an announcement on Thursday, 17 October 2002 in this regard.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the request fat voluntary
suspension should not be granted.
