I find it amusing you make a statement like this, but make 50 posts about terrible management, delays, and lack of communications.
How about providing something constructive.
1. Benchmark turnaround times (e.g., WR1 YTD, other Quebec explorers).
2. Gather suggested time-frames from CE.
3. Assess performance against these benchmarks and monitor trends over time to determine any improvements / regressions.
More useful than throwing a fit.
