The company may start a buy back of 10% of its share WITHOUT shareholder approval.
That is 25,700,000 odd shares. They only need to inform / ask the ASX.
I am sick to death of people with very little knowledge posting blatantly incorrect things.
People thinking they have a clew whether NE is a good or horrendous asset, with ZERO basis for their conclusion.
And the list goes on and on.
