MGN did mentioned in their announcement dated 2 Oct that the SSA will include, amongst other thing,:
1. A minimum equity payment to Alita
2, A further amount if the value of residual value of Alita exceeds (1) above

The fact that both Austroid and Cannacord did not contest the SSA, we can take it that the SSA is on the positive side

So, I would like to believe that there will be a little for shareholders. It won't be NOTHING, but just how little , that's the $1.3b question,
