Thinking Malaysian constraints will be removed again soon. The strategy to invest more at LAMP to make improvements to increase NrPd production to 10,500Tpa would not be in play if management were not anticipating anything but a favorable court outcome.
Of course such also appeases greatly Malaysian Gov - more revenue in their coffers and more local jobs.
