This Reit is equivlant to Realty Income (O) in the US. Very similar high quality talent, debt ratio, property type, cashflow etc...
It's Price/AFFO at 11.4 compared to O's 12.6, with a large discount to NAV.
I will accumulat more if it plunges further.
