Calidus Resources Limited (“Company” hereby requests that its securities be placed in a trading halt and
provides the following information in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1.
1. The Company requests an immediate trading halt pending the release of an announcement in relation to a
significant transaction in relation to Pirra Lithium Pty Ltd.
2. The trading halt is to last until the earlier of the Company releasing the announcement, or the
commencement of trading on Tuesday, 24 October 2023.

Could mean something for us or the usual zilch.

I remember you from the LNC days.

I have been running a few speculations through my tiny mind what is up. I am a CAI holder.

The wording of the announcement is "significant transaction". Given that Gary Morgan has decided to tidy up things with HAO I am wondering if this is an asset swap between CAI and HAO. HAO gets Pirra 100% in exchange for the tenements proposed for the JV between them. (???)
