I do that at times, but it keeps coming back. So I have gotten of the habit of just using the top half of the page most of the time. Hence why I'm surprised I noticed the item today, because I barely even look down there, and when I do, the pop-up doesn't really register at a conscious level. I'm trying to look around it, or focused on clicking the X to close it.
